Location – The Steamboat Grand, Steamboat Springs
We look forward to welcoming you to the Steamboat Grand in beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado. We have a special block of rooms for ESPIOC 2027, May 10-13, 2027 at the rate of $134.822. Additionally, group discounted rates are available up to two (2) days prior to and two (2) days following the event dates. This rate is available until April 12, 2027, subject to availability.
Resort fees/parking: Overnight Parking Fees: Self-Parking in hotel underground garage or Ski Time Square Parking Pay Kiosks opposite of hotel – $25 per day; Hotel Valet – $30 per day. Complimentary parking in Ski Time Square, across the street from the hotel. To reserve a room by phone, or with any issues, please call 877-269-2628. Please refer to the ESPIOC Conference Group when making reservations to qualify for the special group rate.

After March 18, no refunds are available. Registration for the conference will close on Saturday, April 12, at 5 p.m. Member Registration $500.00 Non-Member Registration $550.00
